Six months has seriously flown by! With each kid I say this but this time I really mean it! It feels like yesterday I had to have an unplanned c-section and today my little babe is crawling around and pulling himself up on everything!
I thought I would go through all of my postpartum like things that have happened this last six month post c-section. Since this was my first I’m not an expert in any way but this is my experience with a caesarian.
This baby is growing up WAY too fast! I honestly can’t believe 6 months has already flown by. I wish there was some way I could freeze this kids and keep them little forever. I’ve been hearing that song by Macklemore called Good Old Days.
As everyone must know by now, we’re taking the boys to Legoland California for their birthday this year. So instead of spending a lot of money on a huge birthday party we’re going to spend a week in San Diego. We still wanted to do a little something to celebrate the birth of our little Knox and we thought what better way then to have a little party around his favorite food….PIZZA! And he loved his pizza party.
Because this was my second baby, I decided I just wanted to go with the flow of delivery. If I could have a baby without an epidural I wanted to but I wasn’t opposed to get one if I needed it. Well, I felt I needed it and this is why I didn’t end up getting one!
Since Knox is turing 2 this week I thought what better way to reminisce then to share all of my feelings of having him in my life the past two years. I love you my little Knoxie bear and you have changed my life forever and I will always love you for this. Here is a letter to you, my second born.
It’s finally February and I’ve got a lot of fun stuff planned! If you don’t keep up with my Instagram account you can click here! I talked about how we booked our tickets and rooms to go to LEGOLAAAAND for Kellan and Knox’s birthday. They don’t know yet but I’m so excited to surprise them! I’ve got Kaizers 5 month update and I am just so in love with this little boy.

Sleeping Patterns: He went through a four month sleep regression. He’s waking up about 2-4 times a night. (someone send wine please!)
Eating Habits: He’s officially tried avocado and loved it! He’s still mainly nursing. We’re going to try green beans next week!
New Foods: Just avocado!
New Discoveries: He loves holding his toes and sucking on them!
Accomplishments: Kaizer has been pushing up on all fours and rocking back and fourth. He’s going to start crawling any day!
Places We’ve Been: I don’t think we’ve gone out of town at all this month!
Special Memories: Getting ready to crawl and his sweet little laugh.
Over the past 3 + years has been a huge roller coaster ride! Not just because of pregnancy but also breastfeeding three little boys. I haven’t been one of those moms that has nursed my boys until they were each two but I did get past the hardest part with all of them.
