This holiday season is going to be a different one for me. I am trying to lose this last little bit of baby weight. If you have any tips send them my way! So in this attempt to be good for the holidays, I am going to be laying off the sweets, well as much as I can!!! I mean common it’s the best time of year with all of the treats! I wanted to come up with a fun cocktail recipe that was still delicious but cut back on the calories. Sparkling Ice is the perfect fizzy water to add to this creation because it has ZERO calories!
Sparkling Ice also has a whooping 15 flavors to choose from! Yes, you read that right, 15!! I’ve been obsessed with the Black Raspberry one for quite some time. So I was excited to branch out and try some other flavors that they offered and I was not disappointed.
If you live near a Sonic you’ll understand my love for Cherry Limeades! Growing up, heading over to Sonic in the summer and getting a cherry limeade was my favorite thing to do. Naturally when creating my cocktail, I was obsessing over the cherry limeade flavor and couldn’t believe how delicious it tasted. Sparkling Ice is way better because it can be used as a soda replacement. It’s a fruit flavored water that is extra fizzy do it doesn’t feel like you’re missing the soda part!
This is going to be super easy to make! You’ll need a cocktail shaker, Sparkling Ice Cherry Limeade, whipped vodka (I love Pinnacle), corn syrup, white sugar, rosemary, and cranberries for garnish. THAT’S IT!
Cover the rim of your glass in the corn syrup
Dip in the white sugar
Add 1 cup of Sparkling Ice Cherry Limeade to your shaker
(You’ll want to make sure your Sparkling Ice Cherry Limeade is chilled before serving)
2 ounces of whipped vodka
And shake!
Add your cranberries and rosemary to garnish!
And your Mistletoe Cocktail is complete.
If you try this let me know how you like it.
