In honor of my birthday this month, well technically next week, I thought I would make a list of 30 things I want to do before I turn 30. Most people create these when they turn 29 but I thought this would be perfect for me because I will have 2 years to complete my list. I thought this would be a fun way to kind of hold myself accountable for things I want to do in the next two years! As I start creeping up on 30 I’m starting to realize, even though I’ve done quite a bit I haven’t done what I thought I would have by now. So here they are..
What a crazy month we’ve had! We planned our first family vacation for just the 5 of us, took the kids to Legoland, and then I planned my own moms vacation! We’re finally home…for another 3 weeks until our next 5 day vacation! haha. This little baby of mine is growing TOO fast!! It’s hard to believe in a few short months we will be celebrating his first birthday! Ahh, I don’t know if my mama heart can handle it! It’s hard knowing this IS my last baby and trying to soak in all off the baby goodness! ( That’s another post coming soon!) For now, here is what this little babe has been up to and his stats!

We’ve really dived into food with Kaizer in the past couple of months. He LOVES eating! Getting him his essential foods for healthy brain development is very important to Ethan and I. All of our boys started out eating oatmeal cereal at four months and have progressed with trying different foods!
Do you ever get really excited that it’s the weekend!? I know I do like 90% of the time! Ethan’s gone for the weekend but that isn’t going to stop me from having fun with the kids and hopefully getting some stuff done around the house. We also like to lounge around and watch movies! Who doesn’t love being in their PJs all day!!
This house of ours has been busy and sick the past couple of weeks! I’ve been a little MIA but just know I’ve been loving on all of my babes and getting ready for us to go on our family vacation to California! Do you ever feel super stressed when planning a vacation? Like what are you going to be doing? what all do we need to take? What’s the weather really going to be like? I’ve been a little stressed but so excited to finally have a little vacay with all of my boys!
Weight: 16lbs 1 oz
Height: 29 in
Sleeping Patterns: He’s been sleeping pretty much through the night and has recently been waking up around 5 or 5:30am
Eating Habits: He’s a piglet!! He still nurses multiple times a day and has been eating breakfast lunch and dinner.
New Foods: Peas, cheese puff things, toast, pancakes
New Discoveries: This baby loves pushing the walker around. I was hoping he would start walking….never but it seems he might be an early walker like the other boys.
Accomplishments: Kaizer feeds himself his cut up food, walking with his walker, and says dada baba and mama.
Places We’ve Been: I think we’ve been to the same usual place but in a few weeks we’re all going to California!
Special Memories: Just experiencing life with this boy has been a special memory!
A mother will always say how much she loves each one of her children, which is totally the truth, but another truth is, your first born will hold a special place. This first baby of yours is what made you a mother. All of your trials and errors and even your accomplishments as a mother were made with your first born. You pushed yourself and made it through and are probably more prepared for your second then you ever were the first time around.
Why are these kids getting so big! Kai is seven months, Knox just turned two, and Kellan is about to turn 4 in a couple of short weeks!! My babies are getting bigger and I don’t know how to handle it. It’s like a bitter sweet moment looking forward to your kids going to school but not wanting them to grow up…like ever!
